Big ol' Diagonal Hero Lineup shot, here.
And a good line for Sparrow, though it's a little too wonky to catch on.
This was originally posted around the time the new owners of SmackJeeves broke everybody's layouts. Which means one year before SmackJeeves closed down completely. It was never my primary hosting site, but it was for a lot of people. I did have a mirror of BICP there -- and didn't update those pages after the trade-paperback remastering, so it was the last place you could see the original, never-edited art. RIP.
As of this writing, there's a mirror on Webtoon instead. Since Webtoon has figured out how to make an actual stable profit off webcomics, I have full faith it's going to be here for the long haul. If you have a minute, go give BICP some likes.
Walker: Let go of me!
Cohen: You can’t do this!
Walker: And when did I agree to that?
Blake: Got the Rabbit taking bullets for him, and I count two others back there, all busy disarming our humans . . .
Walker: You never had me give up the right to do as I please with my own Being.
Sparrow: It’s not about whether you have the right to do it, it’s about whether doing it is right!
. . . huh, that’s catchy. Gotta try to remember it.
[Prepping a counter-attack, just in case]
Cohen: Walker, please, listen to me. If you disrupt your Being in a way you can’t fix — you WILL regret it.
Walker: . . . Is that what you did.
