Sparrow: So you start off just addressing her as “Walker” . . .
. . . and then, at the most emotionally dramatic moment, you switch to “Ann!” It’s vulnerable. It’s intimate. Her heart melts!
Miranda & Cohen: . . .
Cohen: How about I just approach her the same way I’ve always done. If Walker was the kind of person who could be won over by that much intimacy, she’d be my best friend already.
Miranda: What does that . . . Oh, come on, Dad, seriously?
Cohen: Put it this way: If things had gone a little differently, you could have a big sister . . .
. . . with orange hair and Braille fluency and probably dominion over a few small countries by now.
So who’s writing the AU of But I’m A Cat Person where the Imaginary Child takes Sparrow’s place in the cast
Nah, I want an AU where she’s an additional sister. I could see her having even more of an “antagonist to friendly antihero” arc than Miranda, it’d be great.
My vote’s for Shannon fosters Annie, is unaware that Sparrow actually shares patrilineal DNA with Annie. Annie is a fierce older sibling, and is suspicious of Sparrow’s new ‘friend’ Miranda when they start getting closer.
Do you mean Sharon? That’s Sparrow’s bio-mom, and Sparrow’s stepmom is Constance or Connie.
