They’re clearly not from the same phrase- they’re each a subset of a different popular English phrase. If you connect the former to the latter, you get “What You Don’t Know Can’t Hurt To End All Battles”. All those words connected in that order don’t form any single statement with a single clear meaning- there are a lot of indistinct noun phrase/verb phrase transitions- but just connecting the concepts being discussed produces a number of interesting ideas.
I wonder what the chapters would look like if read the same way. I wouldn’t be surprised, at this point, if you’d deliberately given them elements which would connect in some way if viewed one after another.
