Happy Halloween!
I’d like to thank everybody one more time for all the votes for BICP! Voting resets tomorrow, so I’ll stop with the constant reminders after this, but you are of course encouraged to keep voting daily.
To get an idea of how well it worked, here’s a pageview graph from September 20 through October 20:
As you can see, BICP’s traffic nearly doubled as soon as October began. We fell off TWC’s front page around the 14th, thus the massive dip, but recovered once we were back on.
The benefits would be less dramatic if we tried to keep this up into November. The number of new referrals has tapered off over the last week, suggesting that most regular TWC visitors have already clicked if they’re going to click. But we will definitely have to do this again some time!
