Interesting… the picture implies that Beings’ shapes aren’t limited to the one species they are named after. How much can a given Being’s shapes vary, species-vise? Can Reseda, for example, become a tiger, or only a feline that’s more closely related to the housecat – and vice versa, can the Tiger become a cat? Can Poe become any corvid, or even any bird? (And now I’m imagining ostrich!Poe. Lol.)
Also, suppose that there’s a being that can turn into an animal that can breed asexually by e.g. splitting in half, such as the sea star. Could it reproduce that way?
Looks like this is another Being. Beings, to my knowledge, always have the exact same color scheme, although they may take a different size or shape. I wonder if this is a flashback, from before she acquired The Tiger.
Or maybe she, in a taboo situation much like Patrick’s “two masters”, currently owns two beings….
hooray! aw, look at the kitty!
