Those… those are some eye-popping braids Cybele’s got going, there. o_o; Wait, is ‘braids’ even the right word for those things…?
French braids or cornrows on her head, but the hair that hangs down isn’t braided. Call them twists, or just twintails ^_^
That is just too much hair to call it ‘twists’. :p Too much, I say!
They’re a visual analogy to floppy bunny ears in her animal form.
Whoooaa, I like the new character with the orange eyes. Lovely colors.

Nah, I was just lazy and sloppy with the shoe-drawing part.
Because if they were that would further back up the ‘tiger’ guess. Rakshasas and all. Personally i’m guessing The Lion…
Looks more like a snake, to me. Maybe Naga, to go with the sort-of-south-Asian-looking clothing?
