Oh, that doesn’t look like a thesis. That looks like a textbook. Sometimes professors self-publish (the books are cheaper, but harder to find used. Also they can be a bit… well… some professors are easier to follow than others).
https://me.gatech.edu/faculty/singhose would be the guy, but his book is from 2009, so the mix-up probably wasn’t a straight swap.
